Leading up to the last task before the mid-term the students have presented a representation of Trøndelag as a region for food and production. In this phase, the student groups have been looking for possible triggers and handles for a future project or intervention, which in turn will be pitched during the mid-term. How does the systems for food production, transport, processing, use and consumption work? What are the problems? Where is the potential for change? Or could we introduce an alternative?
